Pearlettes are girls aged 4 to 9 who are mentored by members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, to become exceptional leaders in their communities. These young girls may be family members of Zeta members or other girls in the community who are eager to learn about sisterhood and self-empowerment. The sorority members support the Pearlettes by assisting them in community projects and fundraising efforts.
